Collin M. Blattner, D.O. is a dermatology resident at Silver Falls Dermatology in Salem, Oregon. He received his B.S. degree as Summa Cum Laude at Arizona State University, his DO degree at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his internship at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, Oregon. He has authored over 50 peer reviewed publications in highly regarded journals such as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, International Journal of Dermatology, Journal of Cutaneous Pathology, Cutis, Pediatric Allergy & Immunology, and Clinical Pediatrics. He has also written 6 dermatology textbook chapters and serves as a reviewer for Clinical Pediatrics and Pediatric Allergy & Immunology. Dr. Blattner has completed numerous professional presentations, and is an active member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatopathology, and the Medical Dermatology Society. Dr. Blattner has a passion for surgical, pediatric, and medical dermatology. He has had the opportunity to work with and learn from many leaders in the field of dermatology and enjoys all the daily challenges of dermatology. Dr. Blattner also has a special interest in academic dermatology and has been mentored by numerous leaders in the field of dermatology including Dirk Elston, MD, past president of the American Academy of Dermatology.
