Lacey Beth Elwyn, DO is a dermatologist who trained at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY. She graduated from Purdue’s School of Science at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), IN. While at IUPUI, she was honored the Outstanding Woman Leader Award, was consecutively nominated for IUPUI’s Top 100 students, and received numerous academic scholarships. After finishing undergraduate studies, she completed a dermatology surgical clerkship at Paracelsus Medical University, in Salzburg, Austria. She then started medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University, in Downers Grove, IL, graduating in the top 3rd percentile of her class. She completed her internship at University Hospitals Regional Hospitals Richmond Medical Center, in Richmond Heights, OH. Currently, Dr. Elwyn is completing her dermatology residency training at St. Barnabas Hospital, in Bronx, NY. She presently serves as the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology’s resident liaison. Dr. Elwyn will begin a dermatopathology fellowship at Nova Southeastern University-Larkin Community Hospital, in Miami, FL following residency training. She has a strong interest in medical dermatology, academia, and dermatopathology.
